Liam’s wish.
Liam is nine. A rare disease took his little brother, Ethan. His parents started a foundation to find the cure.

Got it. Thank you for being here for Liam.
We’ll be in touch soon.
Liam’s story
Two brothers, one rare disease.
Liam lives with Coats Plus syndrome, caused by a mutation in a single gene. There is no cure yet. His little brother, Ethan, passed away in 2024 at age four.
In 2022, Bryan and Danielle started the Coats Plus Foundation to fund one. Its goal: a $5 million gene editing program with Harvard and the University of Miami to correct Liam’s mutation.
